Meet the Staff

Weatherly Boehmer

Weatherly has been working in the printing industry since she fell in love with it in 1989. She started Weathervane Graphics on the side in 1995, when she got hooked on computer graphics and the internet. Weatherly purchased American Quick Print, Inc., and was the company’s president from 2001 to 2009. In September 2009, she incorporated Weathervane Graphics and decided to make it her main priority.

Her folks dragged her to Front Royal, VA, when she was 14 years old and she will never forget the smell that came wafting into her classroom from the Avtex plant on her first day of school. Weatherly attended R-MA for two years, but graduated from Warren County High School. Determined to get out of town, she did leave for a while after high school but quickly realized that Front Royal was actually a pretty cool place to live. She moved back to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and the Shenandoah River and went straight to work.

She is the past president of the United Way of Front Royal-Warren County and has served on its Board of Directors since 2005. She also serves on the Board for String of Pearls Animal Sanctuaries, Inc., a no-kill animal rescue that serves the Shenandoah Valley.

Weatherly loves music, art, photography, computers, movies, animals and playing in the river. On the rare occasion that she has any spare time, you will find her enjoying one of those things.

Randi RaceyRandi Racey

Randi is our top designer and a fine artist in her own right. She has been part of the team for over a year now.

Her previous professional artistic experiences include murals, photorealistic pet portraiture, tattoo designs, book illustration and even a published comic book where she served as the digital colorist and co-producer.

For four years before joining the team at Weathervane Graphics Randi worked as a junior artist for a local manufacturer designing a wide array of colorful products: CDs, DVDs, posters, postcards, t-shirts, stickers, business cards and much more. She even made herself the company’s go-to-girl for product photography and digital die engineering.

At Weathervane Graphics, she enthusiastically strives to master a new and challenging set of skills and experiences, such as business design and marketing, web design, working with customers, learning about and working with local and national businesses, taking and fulfilling orders, and operating a copier and fax machine for the first time in her life!

Randi loves all types of traditional visual arts (although tragically, the delicacies of crafts such as scrapbooking, jewelry-making and fiber-arts elude her). She likes cleaning, recycling, gardening, horseback riding, bicycling, daydreaming and napping. She loves her pets, her two sisters, her parents and her incredibly sweet and generous boyfriend.

weemeeTERRITerri Paxton

Terri came on as an intern in 2011, and quickly became a valuable asset to the team. She is our assistant programmer and works diligently to resolve all of the pesky little coding issues that like to pop up whenever we try something new. She has also taken on a good deal of our website maintenance tasks – both internally and for our clients.

You may not see a lot of Terri when you’re at the office since she prefers to work behind the scenes. But if we’ve done any web work for your company, then she most likely had a hand it making it happen.

Terri is passionate for horses and loves art as much as the rest of us. In her spare time, she combines her interests by maintaining her own website that features her unique horse and teddy bear art printed on a wide array of products. Check out www.starhorsepax.com.
